Many people want to know how to get rid of a double chin.  Having a double chin is very common and many people would like to know how to get rid of a double without using surgical procedures.  Surgery is invasive and not every body feels that plastic surgery should be the first solution to a double chin.

If you want to know how to get rid of a double chin with a different type of exercise, you can try this one.  With your mouth closed tightly, and while sitting straight up in a chair, drop your head to your chest.  Slowly lift your head and slowly tilt it backwards as far as it will go.  You should feel the neck muscles and throat muscles working and tightening.  You will want to do a few repetitions to start and then increase them every week.
